TGC Terms of Service - Custom Embroidery Services
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all embroidery services provided by TundraGeek Creations, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) to the customer (“you” or “your”). By approving an estimate, placing an order, or providing garments/apparel for embroidery, you agree to the following terms:
1. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Final pricing may vary if order details (quantities, sizes, or design specifications) change after estimate approval.
2. Customer-Provided Apparel
You may supply your own apparel for embroidery.
While we take every precaution, embroidery involves needles, machinery, and heat processes that carry inherent risks.
We are not responsible for replacement of customer-provided apparel that is damaged, destroyed, or otherwise deemed unusable during the embroidery process.
In the event of such damage, you will receive a credit equal to the embroidery cost only, not the value of the garment(s).
3. Apparel Provided by TundraGeek Creations, LLC
If apparel is sourced through us, we will replace any damaged items at no cost to you, subject to product availability.
Equivalent substitutions may be made if the original garment is discontinued or unavailable.
4. Artwork & Embroidery Approval
A digital proof/mockup will be provided before production begins.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all spelling, colors, and placement.
Once approved, changes cannot be made.
5. Payment Terms
Full payment is required before production begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Orders will not be released until payment is received in full.
6. Turnaround Time
Standard production time is 7-10 business days after artwork approval and receipt of apparel.
Rush orders may be available at an additional fee.
We are not responsible for delays due to supply chain issues, shipping carriers, or events outside our control.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of embroidery, all sales are final.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted unless an error was made by us that deviates from the approved proof.
8. Use of Images for Promotion
By submitting your order, you grant TundraGeek Creations, LLC permission to photograph and use images of your embroidered garments (including your logo or artwork as applied to the finished product) for promotional purposes.
Such images may be used on our website, social media platforms, and marketing materials to showcase our work.
We will not sell, license, or otherwise distribute your logo or artwork to third parties.
9. Limitation of Liability
By providing apparel, approving an estimate, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
