Refund policy

Exchanges

We accept exchanges on non-custom items within 14 days of order receipt. To be eligible, items must be returned in original, unused condition.

To initiate an exchange, contact us at orders@tundrageekcreations.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange.

What Cannot Be Exchanged or Refunded

Custom and made-to-order items are not eligible for exchange or refund. This includes personalized items (names, text, or custom embroidery), items produced to a specific color or design request, and custom-printed stickers.

For custom printed items: your approval of the proof is final. Once you approve a proof, the item goes to production and cannot be changed, exchanged, or refunded. Please review proofs carefully — sizing, spelling, colors, and layout are all locked at approval.

Color Accuracy

Printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Screens display color in RGB; printing uses CMYK, and artwork supplied in RGB is converted during production. Minor color variance between your screen and the finished product is normal and is not a defect eligible for refund or replacement.

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or we ship you the wrong item, contact us with photos and we will make it right with a replacement or refund. For wrong items, you are welcome to return the incorrect item at our expense, but you are not required to.
