SHIPPING POLICY

Where We Ship

We ship domestically and internationally via USPS. All orders ship from Anchorage, Alaska — please factor this into your expected delivery timeline, as transit times from Alaska are typically longer than lower-48 estimates.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. No handling fees are charged.

  • USPS Ground Advantage — Standard domestic service. Estimated delivery 2–5 business days after shipment.
  • USPS Priority Mail — Available as an upgrade at checkout. Estimated delivery 1–3 business days after shipment.

Delivery estimates are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.

Processing & Production Time

  • Ready-made items ship within 1–4 business days of payment.
  • Made-to-order and custom items (including custom stickers) enter production after payment and, where applicable, after you approve your proof. Production timelines are listed on the product page or provided with your proof. Shipping timeframes above begin when your order ships, not when it is placed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

International Shipping

We ship internationally via USPS. International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees assessed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping rate and are not within our control.

Combining Orders

If you place a second order before your first has shipped, contact us and we'll combine them into one shipment for a single shipping charge. Once an order ships, combining is no longer possible.

Package Insurance

Orders with a total value of $100 or more are insured. Orders under $100 are not insured.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by USPS, we will refund or replace the affected item(s). Shipping charges are non-refundable. For damaged shipments, please retain all original packaging and contact us with photos prior to disposal.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Anchorage, AK. Select local pickup at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready. No shipping charge applies.

Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. We ship to the address provided at checkout and cannot be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the buyer.
