Don't Be an Oosik Walrus Patch

A walrus with an important life lesson and a face full of attitude: don't be an oosik. If you know, you know. If you don't — an oosik is a walrus baculum, and calling someone one is classic Alaska shorthand for "don't be difficult." Either way, the walrus is very serious about this.

Embroidered on a round mint-green patch with bold arched lettering above and below the walrus. Includes an iron-on adhesive backing to help position and hold the patch while you sew — this shop recommends sewing it down for a permanent hold. Iron-on alone won't hold up to regular use.

Size: 3 inches in diameter

As with all handmade embroidered items, there may be slight variances in thread color, material color and texture, and hardware type or color depending on materials available at the time of manufacture. This is a feature of small batch production, not a defect.
